Charleston Corn Shuckin' Festival

Be sure and check out Charleston’s own Cork Shuckin’ Festival at the Deep Water Vineyard. The event will be held on Saturday, February 6th from 1pm – 5pm.  It is only $5.00 per car to get into the event, so carpooling is a great way to go!

There will be a variety of food vendors at the event. Whether you fancy oysters or pizza, BQQ or sweet delectables, the festival will have it all. Coastal Crust Pizza, Gidget Gourmet, Linen's BBQ, and Sweet Lulu's Bakery is amongst the fine vendors at the event.

Wine and vodka tastings will be available at the event.  Firefly distillery offers a sampling of 6 Firefly Spirits for $6.00. The Deep Water Vineyard lets you try out 5 different wine varieties for $5.00.  No matter what your passion and love is in an adult beverage, you are sure to find something delightful at the festival.  Complimentary tasting glasses will be provided to all guests for either tasting.

There will be live music performed by Don Merkle and the Blacksmiths.  Be sure and bring along some lawn chairs to kick back and enjoy the sounds!
Laser Skeet Shooting will also be at the festival! Work on your aim and have fun with the game while enjoying all the other lovely aspects of the event.
